Knowledge gained from books alone always feels shallow; if you want to truly understand this matter, you must put it into practice yourself.
It’s been more than three months since I joined Yinuorui. Although I haven’t yet done a great deal of work, I’ve gained quite a few insights. The biggest insight I’ve had is this: “Knowledge gained from books alone always feels shallow; to truly understand something, you must put it into practice.” Although I’ve spent over seven or eight years in administrative and HR management in the electronics technology industry, this is my first time working in the pharmaceutical industry. The GMP quality management system has even stricter requirements than the ISO9001 quality management system. As a newcomer, I need to learn much more about the latest knowledge and concepts related to pharmaceuticals. Turning these concepts into practical actions is a continuous process of adaptation and learning—though it’s challenging, after the storm comes the rainbow!
On the mountain of books, diligence is the path; in the sea of learning, hardship is the boat.
Learning accompanies each person throughout their entire life. Whenever an individual faces a new environment or a new stage, their knowledge base must be continuously updated and replenished. Therefore, it’s essential to keep learning diligently—both at work and in one’s spare time. Moreover, when pursuing a particular field, one shouldn’t simply remain at a single level; instead, to strive for higher levels, one must continually move forward in new directions.
Heaven has endowed me with talents that surely will be put to good use; though I may spend a thousand gold pieces, they’ll always come back again.
A career is not merely a stable source of income—it’s much more than that. It’s a holistic life experience, a way to affirm your own worth, an opportunity to put into practice what you’ve learned and know, and a refined approach to how you interact with others and navigate the world. Always remember this: “You were born with talents—there’s bound to be a place for them.” Heaven has created you with qualities that set you apart from everyone else. Whether in life or at work, embrace your uniqueness and let it elevate your self-worth. A good life doesn’t just require a good career; equally, a great career can lead to a wonderful life. Choosing a career is, in essence, choosing a way of life. In life, everyone should appropriately cultivate some ambition. Ambition isn’t a bad thing—at least, not in the slightest. On the contrary, it can spur you on and keep your spirit forever aspiring upward. I really love this saying: “The past belongs to Death; the future belongs to you alone. Only those who take control of their own destiny are truly strong!”
The end of the road isn't visible from the very beginning.
To this day, I still remember the me who had just stepped into society and started working—how elated I felt when I received the offer letter, my youthful face hiding a stubborn heart beneath its innocence. I always thought that youth itself was our greatest asset, allowing us to dare to try so many unknown things. But gradually, all that youthful vigor was worn down by life, its sharp edges smoothed away, and many of the thorns on my skin were pulled out. It turns out that life isn’t as simple and beautiful as I’d once imagined.
Growth requires both accumulation and correction.
It’s been more than ten years since I graduated. I’ve worked for companies, started my own business, and even set up a street stall... On life’s journey, I’ve stumbled and fallen many times, at times feeling lost and unable to find my true place in the world. Thankfully, I’ve always had mentors who’ve guided and encouraged me, helping me to grow and transform again and again and saving me from taking so many detours. Now, I know exactly what I need. I’m grateful that I can work in my hometown and join Yinuorui—every day, I can go home to care for my children and spend time with my parents. Around me, there are colleagues who came here alone from distant places to make a living, as well as those who’ve brought their children along with them. It truly isn’t easy for them at all. I admire their sincerity toward life and deeply understand the loneliness that comes with living in an unfamiliar city. But for those who hold dreams in their hearts, they feel incredibly grounded and excited. Kudos to them!
With a grateful heart, I extend my gratitude to my leaders, my colleagues, and even those who’ve been stepping stones or have helped me along the way. Every day, I strive to fall in love with my work and tell it: “In this life, having you by my side is a blessing; in three lifetimes, I’ll be truly fortunate.” I’ve learned to be tolerant of others and to accept my own imperfections.
All the beauty in the world will eventually come together.
I’ve always been someone who believes in fate. Coming to Yinuorui was my destiny—and it marked a turning point in my life. Transitioning from an electronics technology company to a pharmaceutical enterprise represents a fresh start, a clean slate ready to be filled. Only by constantly recharging and staying open-minded can we keep pace with the times. Work is an essential part of our lives, and it’s also a reflection of one’s social value. Through all these years of hard work and perseverance, I’ve come to deeply understand that I must always take the first step forward. The road ahead is still long, but I hope that every woman who blooms beautifully through time will carry the fragrance of her soul—having faced life’s sharp edges yet remaining warm at heart!
