The Hubei Yinuorui 2020 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony Was Held Solemnly.

    2020 The past year has been an extraordinary journey. We’ve endured trials as harsh as a bitter winter, yet even in our perseverance, we’ve found hope. Only by reflecting on the past can we better embrace the future. On January 8, 2021, Hubei Yinuorui solemnly held its 2020 annual summary and awards ceremony, themed “Uplifting Ten Years, Building Dreams for a Distant Voyage.” Attending the meeting were Dong Kai, Vice President of the Group, Head of the R&D Division, and Chairman of Yinuorui; Sun Wu, General Manager of the Group’s Finance Center; Mei Zhengjie, Director of Yinuorui; Wang Yuan, Director of Human Resources for the Group; and Li Qing, from the Project Management and Comprehensive Administrative Office of the Group’s Research Institute.

At 9 a.m., General Manager Yan Jiaxue chaired the executive performance review meeting. Each senior executive delivered a comprehensive report on their work in 2020 and their business objectives for 2021. In 2020, despite the dual challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and African swine fever, YinoRui successfully achieved its annual net profit target and all key performance indicators, thanks to the strong support of the Group and the concerted efforts of the management team and all employees. The attending leaders, acting as judges, provided individual comments and asked probing questions of the reporting executives, offering specific suggestions and setting forth their expectations. At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Dong Kai delivered a speech, commending the company’s achievements over the past year, expressing gratitude for the hard work of the management team and employees, outlining clear priorities for 2021, and presenting a three-year performance plan along with ambitious targets. The meeting further boosted team morale and aligned everyone’s thinking. After lunch, as the warm sunshine began to shine, the Group’s senior executives and all YinoRui employees gathered together to take a commemorative group photo wearing their specially designed tenth-anniversary uniforms.

Around 4 p.m., the 2020 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony officially kicked off. Given the current COVID-19 situation, this year’s annual meeting is being held in a hybrid format—both online and offline. The main venue is set up in the company’s conference room, while all departments and workshops watch the proceedings live online from their respective locations. The agenda consists of three segments: the General Manager’s work summary, the awards ceremony, and an online lottery open to all employees. This year’s awards ceremony features categories such as the “Loyalty and Dedication Award,” the “Newcomer Progress Award,” the “Innovation and Improvement Award,” the “Outstanding Employee Award,” the “Individual Safety Production Award,” the “Outstanding Cadre Award,” the “Annual Safety Production Team Award,” the “Sector-Level Outstanding Individual Award,” and the “Sector-Level Outstanding Team Award.” These awardees are the dedicated practitioners and contributors who have driven YinoRui’s continuous growth. Promoting and rewarding contributions has always been the guiding principle of our group, and we believe it will inspire even more YinoRui employees to unleash their creativity and add value to the company.

The final segment was a unique and thrilling lottery draw. At the leader’s command, photos of employees began rapidly scrolling across the big screen, and with a single word—“Stop!”—the lucky winners for this year were instantly revealed. The winners couldn’t contain their joy, while those who missed out eagerly looked forward to their good fortune next year. As the identities of all the lucky winners were finally announced, the conference came to a successful close.

The journey ahead is long, and only through hard work can we succeed. The clarion call for 2021 has already sounded. We believe that under the guidance and strong support of Hongri Group, all YinoRui employees will surely write a new chapter of struggle with their wisdom and sweat.
