    8 On the 19th, Li Junjie, Deputy Secretary of the Huanggang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited Xiaochi in Huangmei for a research visit. He convened a symposium at the Xiaochi Riverside New Area. Yinuorui, as one of the three key enterprises in the port-industrial park, participated in the symposium, and General Manager Tan Hongbing delivered a report on behalf of the company.

During the briefing, Mayor Li Junjie asked in detail about the general overview of the heparin industry, the status of the parent company Hongri Pharmaceutical, and Enruo’s development and IPO plans. He focused particularly on the challenges and problems encountered by the enterprise during its development and instructed the government to set up a dedicated task force to systematically address and resolve these issues one by one. Mayor Li emphasized the need to concentrate resources and factors, take the lead in breaking through key areas, intensify policy support and service efforts around the dominant industries, and assist key enterprises in extending, supplementing, and strengthening their industrial chains—expanding them both upstream and downstream as well as to neighboring sectors—to make the industrial chains bigger and stronger.

Members of the municipal government’s Party leadership group, Ma Yanzhou and Cai Xuan’an, participated in the research visit. Liu Yuxiao, Secretary of the Huangmei County Party Committee, and Ma Liang, County Mayor, accompanied them and also took part in the symposium.
