Yinuorui organizes team-building activities for its outstanding employees.

Life isn’t just about the work right in front of us—it’s also about poetry and team-building activities that take us to faraway places. From March 30 to 31, 2023, to invigorate employees’ physical and mental well-being, foster a healthy and positive corporate culture, and strengthen the company’s cohesion and sense of unity, Yinuorui organized an outbound team-building event for outstanding individuals and department representatives recommended in 2022, as well as newly joined employees, to travel to Wuyuan and Jingdezhen in Jiangxi Province.

During this team-building activity, employees visited the Wuyuan Shuimohang Scenic Area, Jiangxi’s most beautiful village “Huangling,” and the Jingdezhen Ancient Kiln Folklore Expo Zone. The company staff enjoyed the stunning scenery, got some exercise, learned about ceramic culture, and nurtured both body and mind. The trip also provided an excellent opportunity for everyone to strengthen communication, further enhancing friendship and camaraderie.

Although the two-day team-building activity was exhausting, it was also incredibly rewarding. Upholding our corporate mission of “making employees’ lives better,” this outing allowed us to unwind and rejuvenate amid beautiful natural scenery, foster stronger interpersonal connections, and enhance team cohesion and unity—while also recharging and empowering us for future work.
