Carry out safety inspections for resuming work and production, and fortify the safety defense line.

    2 On the morning of the 18th, amid the joyous sounds of celebratory firecrackers marking the company’s resumption of work, Yinuorui welcomed the return to production. At this auspicious moment, filled with positive energy and brimming with fresh beginnings, managers at all levels of the company have consistently placed safety as their top priority. In accordance with the company’s arrangements for safe production, both production and support departments, following the “Four Ones” requirement and taking into account their respective departmental circumstances, each organized and held departmental safety meetings and conducted safety inspections.

In accordance with the work requirements of the Group’s Safety Committee and the company’s safety production plan, on February 20, a safety inspection for resuming work and production was organized under the leadership of Tan Hongbing, the company’s vice president in charge of safety. This inspection focused on eight key areas: safety training, equipment and facilities, electrical safety, fire safety, management of hazardous chemicals, personal protective equipment, cleanliness of the working environment, and emergency preparedness.

The inspection team visited the workshops of Production Department One and Production Department Two. Inside the workshops, production was orderly and well-organized, with workers busily and efficiently carrying out their tasks. Regarding the issues identified—such as a safety door in the API workshop that was partially obscured by a glass curtain wall—the inspection personnel and the head of the Engineering Department immediately went together to the site outside the workshop, where they conducted an on-site inspection and finalized a remediation plan. Potential hazards are more dangerous than open flames; prevention is better than cure. Every time we eliminate even one safety hazard, the company gains an additional layer of protection.
