The 2024 cohort of YinoRui management trainees’ rotation summary and report meeting was successfully held.

From October 17 to 18, 2024, Yinuorui organized the 2024 cohort of management trainees to visit the Group’s headquarters, where they learned about Hongri’s corporate culture and industrial chain. They also held a rotation summary report meeting at the Research Institute. Kong Kai, Executive Director of the Group’s Research Institute and General Manager of Yinuorui Company, Wang Yuan, Director of Human Resources for the Group, and Zhu Jinfeng, Secretary of the Yinuorui Party Branch, jointly listened to the trainees’ learning reports.

During the intensive learning and rotational internship lasting over three months, the management trainees deeply engaged with and became familiar with the work of several core business departments at Yinuorui Company, including the Production Department, R&D Department, Quality Assurance Department, Marketing Department, and General Affairs Department. With a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, they fully immersed themselves in various tasks. Through hands-on experience, they not only gained a thorough understanding of the company’s overall operational processes but also significantly enhanced their professional skills and overall competence.
At the briefing, the management trainees shared their work achievements at various positions, the insights they’ve gained from their learning experiences, and their outlook on future career development. The attending leaders highly praised their rotational assignments and outlined the expectations and requirements for their subsequent fixed-position roles.
After the meeting, the management trainees were also taken on a tour of Chao Si, the R&D center’s laboratory, the extraction and formulation production line for Xue Bi Jing traditional Chinese medicine, and the Hongri Digital Exhibition Hall, further deepening their understanding of the Group’s various business segments.
This briefing not only recognizes the trainees’ efforts over the past few months but also provides them with guidance and planning for their future career paths. Moving forward, YinoRui will continue to optimize and refine its trainee development program, attracting and nurturing more outstanding young talents, thereby helping the company steadily advance on the path of high-quality development.
