Stay true to our original aspiration and forge ahead with determination.

—My Heparin Journey 26 Year

The clear sky is a brilliant, washed-out blue, and the afternoon after the rain is bathed in bright sunshine. The orange tree in front of the office building is lush and verdant, its branches heavy with oranges that have ripened from green to golden yellow. It almost feels as though autumn—the season of harvest—is upon us once again!

Time really flies! 2004 The scenes of planting tangerine and bayberry trees year after year are vividly etched in my memory: digging trenches, making holes, planting seedlings, and watering them—all seem like yesterday. In the first couple of years, we’d always eagerly anticipate the trees bearing fruit sooner rather than later. Now, though, the bayberries and tangerines keep ripening one batch after another, turning red year after year. Every time I see the trees laden with fruit, I feel an overwhelming sense of joy and pride—and I can’t help but tell my younger colleagues (whether they’re willing to listen or not): “These trees were all planted by us back then.”

What’s exciting isn’t just the harvest from the fruit trees—it’s also that “Yinuorui” has achieved remarkable results: Over the past three years, it has successively won awards in Germany and Russia. GMP Certificate, passed in the United States FDA Turkey’s official auditor is also the only heparin company in the industry that has been open to visits and reports by U.S. news media.

It is undeniable that these achievements are the result of the joint efforts of all YinoRi employees.

The harvest was actually hard-earned. We’ve evolved from a workshop processing agricultural and sideline products to a biochemical factory and then upgraded to a pharmaceutical enterprise—this journey has taken us quite some time. 26 Over the years, we’ve evolved from transporting pig small intestines by bicycle and motorcycle to using specialized refrigerated trucks equipped with dedicated containers; from boiling heparin over large stoves built from red bricks and cement to today’s fully stainless-steel, completely sealed, automated production process; and from manually carrying small intestines in woven bags while paying cash at the meat counter to today’s fully traceable operations, where every step—from raw material procurement to product manufacturing—is meticulously monitored and recorded.

This represents a quantum leap in Yino’s quality and also a step forward for the times. 26 Over the past years, we’ve weathered countless storms and experienced every flavor—sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy. Along the way, there was sweat, there were moments of grievance, and there were also plenty of laughs.

I remember once being chased all over the vegetable market by the butcher, who brandished a large cleaver, just to settle a dispute over the length of a small intestine. I also recall the helplessness I felt when, in winter, with temperatures below minus twenty degrees Celsius, the water pipes froze and my car wouldn’t start—how I had to fix the pipes myself and push the car to get it going again.

I remember building an underground warehouse and, in order to cut costs, we’d carry cement blocks up to the highway exit. As I was loading them onto the truck, the ramp slipped, and I nearly got crushed by a cement block. I also recall taking long road trips—just to stay awake—and carrying a bag of roasted soybeans with me. I’d munch on them while driving, which not only kept me alert but also staved off hunger. I’d hum a little tune, feeling secretly smug and proud. Even more vividly, I remember returning from Hangzhou after selling heparin, lugging a heavy sack full of cash. The entire journey was filled with both tension and excitement. Each of these moments—every single one—unfolds before my eyes like scenes from a film reel.

In the early days, the hardships faced by Yinuorui’s small factory were mostly physical challenges. But after the pharmaceutical company underwent transformation and upgrading, simply relying on physical endurance was no longer enough to solve problems. Even in the relatively straightforward production of crude heparin—right from raw material procurement to product warehousing, from document standards to record forms—every chapter and every guideline is meticulously standardized and rigorously enforced, with each batch and each step fully traceable and accountable.

In the past, when purchasing raw materials, as long as the price was right, we could simply hand over the money and take delivery—no matter whether the supplier was Zhang San’s or Li Si’s. Nowadays, suppliers must be vetted. QA The shipment must be approved by the auditor and the quality authorization person, and also include an official quarantine certificate at the time of delivery. In the industry, pig small intestines have always been packaged in woven bags; however, the company now not only has to use specially designed food-grade plastic containers, but the containers must also be printed with YinoRui’s logo. LOGO In the past, whether it was casing salt, protease, caustic soda, or alcohol—no matter how much or how little was used—as long as nothing went to waste, there were no restrictions. But now, using too much or too little is simply unacceptable; material balance has become mandatory. As times evolve, the demands on product quality are continually rising. Breaking old mindsets and establishing a new system requires not only hard work and sweat but also a comprehensive enhancement of employees’ quality awareness and risk consciousness, ensuring that we keep pace with the rapid developments of our era.

The tomorrow of the future is incredibly bright, yet the hardships of the journey test every pharmaceutical professional.

There was a time when I lost sleep at night, tormented by the frustration of having put in so much effort to improve the situation only to fall short of expectations—only to be blamed by colleagues and criticized by my supervisor. There was also a time when I felt utterly frustrated, knowing full well that despite cutting costs, we still weren’t satisfied with our suppliers’ performance—and yet they lashed out at me with harsh words. And there was even a time when a supplier, furious after withholding over 170,000 yuan in payment, came storming into my office, demanding that I personally cover their losses—leaving me feeling utterly powerless and unable to explain my side of the story.

In the end, all the effort paid off—the mandarins and bayberries planted years ago are now laden with fruit, and the fragrant osmanthus and camphor trees have grown into lush, shady groves. Yinuo Rui has also seamlessly transformed from a small workshop into a modern pharmaceutical enterprise.

2016 Since the beginning of this year, thanks to the strong support from the Group and the relentless efforts of all employees, the company has achieved frequent successes, earning unanimous recognition from numerous domestic and international customers as well as official authorities, and has consistently met its business plans and realized its performance targets. YinoRui is steadily moving forward with a brand-new look.

Of course, we mustn't let victory go to our heads. Instead, we need to remain soberly aware that today’s society is both brimming with opportunities and fraught with challenges. The heparin industry is undergoing a profound transformation driven by the times. It’s only natural that in such an environment, companies will rise or fall according to their strengths and weaknesses. Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent quality standards set by both domestic and international customers and the nation’s rigorous requirements for pharmaceutical companies, the process of sifting through the sand to find the true gems will inevitably become a defining feature of the heparin industry. Only those industry elites who can persevere until the very end will ultimately prevail. As members of the heparin community, we remain firmly committed to our beliefs and hold fast to our principles. We aspire high while staying grounded in reality, making the enduring survival and success of Yinuorui our ultimate goal.

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the principal social contradiction in our country has transformed into the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. As pharmaceutical professionals, we feel an even greater sense of responsibility—and we are fully confident that we can meet the strong aspirations of the broad masses of the people for physical health.

As members of Yinuorui, we remain true to our original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind, continue to strive relentlessly, and bravely take on responsibilities, contributing our part to building the glorious edifice of Yinuorui.
