The Group Legal Center conducted an annual audit and training session for our company.

    To strengthen the company’s compliance management framework, the Group’s Legal Affairs Center conducted a legal audit of Yinuorui from September 4 to 9. The audit covered a comprehensive review of financial records, the company’s internal systems and procedures, seal management, executed contracts and agreements, and engineering projects. In addition, at 4:00 p.m. on September 4, the center organized a “Compliance Management Training” session for all participants. Through this training, everyone came to recognize that compliant operations are the lifeline of a listed company. Our company’s compliance management efforts focus on: perfecting the corporate compliance control mechanisms, enhancing employees’ awareness and education about compliance culture, ensuring that employees clearly understand their job responsibilities, purifying their thinking, and improving their understanding of laws and regulations. The training also helped employees realize the importance of accurately assessing potential risks and hazards around them and firmly staying away from crossing the “red lines” that violate principles. Each employee should start with themselves and pay attention to even the smallest details, cultivating sound professional ethics and conduct, and truly achieving legality and compliance.
