The Group’s Safety Committee conducted safety training for our company.

To implement the safety production policy of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” achieve safe and civilized production, and enhance employees’ safety awareness and competence, on June 16, 2017, the Group’s Safety Committee dispatched staff members to conduct a company-wide safety training session at Yinuorui. The training was led by Minister Wu Lin from the Safety Committee. He began by emphasizing the importance of safe production for both individuals and their families, then moved on to discuss the nation’s safety production policies and relevant laws and regulations. Next, he explained the system of accountability in safety production. Finally, using recent safety accidents as case studies, he vividly illustrated the severe consequences of such incidents to the participants and provided a detailed analysis of the causes of these accidents as well as preventive measures. Each participant attentively studied, diligently took notes, actively engaged in discussions, and thoughtfully summarized and reflected on the training. As a result, this training achieved excellent outcomes.

Safety is a responsibility; safety is life! This safety production training has effectively enhanced the safety awareness of all employees and has had a positive impact on ensuring safe production at the plant site.
