| Job requirements: |
1. Associate degree or above in pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical analysis, or a related field; 2. Have more than 3 years of work experience in quality management or audit management positions related to active pharmaceutical ingredients; 3. Understand pharmaceutical regulations and industry requirements, as well as current national laws and regulations; be familiar with regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry both domestically and internationally. 4. Possess strong planning, communication, and execution skills; demonstrate a capacity for learning and the ability to read English documents. Proficiency in English communication is preferred. |
| Job Description: |
1. Responsible for managing the company’s current list of qualified suppliers and ensuring that all supplier information—including supplier questionnaires, on-site audit reports, and corrective action reports—is updated promptly. 2. Responsible for investigating any quality-related issues concerning materials supplied by vendors. 3. Participate in organizing GMP self-inspection activities and conduct internal inspections prior to external audits; follow up on the implementation of corrective measures by various departments. 4. Responsible for tracking all CAPA activities, including corrective actions from external and internal audits. 5. Responsible for reviewing, assessing, and tracking changes within the company to ensure that approved changes are carried out as planned and do not compromise product quality. 6. Assist in improving and maintaining the GMP management system, including document revisions and validation of equipment and facilities. 7. Responsible for conducting monthly summaries and annual reviews of the company’s quality activities, and proposing corrective action plans for any nonconformities. |
