| Job requirements: |
1. Associate degree or above in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field; 2. At least two years of practical production experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing workshops, with a solid understanding of GMP-related regulations. 3. Prior experience working at large enterprises or in the process development of active pharmaceutical ingredients is preferred. 4. Responsible, strong sense of teamwork, excellent learning ability, and good communication and coordination skills. |
| Job Description: |
1. Assist the workshop in organizing production according to GMP requirements, ensuring that production workers strictly follow the production process specifications and job operation procedures. 2. Assist the workshop in inspecting the production operations of workers at each process step, in accordance with the relevant provisions of process specifications, job operation procedures, and safe operating procedures for machinery and equipment. 3. Promptly and properly address any quality or technical issues that arise at the production site. 4. Responsible for managing workshop personnel and arranging daily work tasks. |
